What Users Said about the KEG4All App
This could be a mental health wellness check app progression or regression in my emotional state
“I Gave it a try. It’s pretty cool! I can see where the AI is coming in with the images to describe emotions. This could be a mental health wellness check app I could use to log my days and see if I notice any trends over the weeks and if there’s any progression or regression in my emotional state.
Oftentimes when I hit a mental health “crash”, whether it be due to work, school, or social life, I am asked by parents and my doctor how my mood has been the past few months leading up to it.
This app would be a good reference.”
It prompted questions to explore an area of life and have me think more deeply and respond to an input to express how I was feeling. Very helpful.
“This is interesting!
I would use this platform as a diary prompt to try and track how I am thinking and feeling about something complex.
I do not keep a diary today – I get too self-conscious. However, I do lose out on some insights because I do not write things down.
This app was very nice as it prompted questions to explore an area of life and have me think more deeply and respond to an input to express how I was feeling. Very helpful.
I would also use this to review backwards when I was happy vs. angry vs. mad to understand which external inputs in my life were influencing me negatively/causing stress – which I think would be visible with a pattern.
I liked selecting the image and chose an image that was a painting of a scale to think about this balance.”
You are not alone!
